We provide personal styling consultation services including wardrobe analysis, coordination planning, and organizational framework development. Services are provided on a consultation basis and involve analytical examination of existing wardrobe structures.
Consultations are conducted in a professional studio environment. Clients are expected to provide access to their wardrobe for analysis purposes. Consultation formats and duration are agreed upon in advance.
Services are analytical and consultative in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or changes in appearance. The service focuses on systematic observation, documentation, and framework development rather than prescriptive styling recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the consultation fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from consultation services or framework implementation.
All consultation documentation, frameworks, and analytical materials remain the intellectual property of Labeldivision. Clients receive usage rights for personal application of developed frameworks.
Consultation cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in the Return Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New York courts.
Consultation fees are due as agreed upon at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
If payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the consultation. Late payment may result in additional fees as outlined in our payment terms.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, wardrobe details, and consultation discussions. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methodologies and frameworks developed during consultations.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternative arrangements.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
These terms, together with any additional agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Labeldivision regarding the use of our services.
Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations not expressly set forth in these terms are superseded by this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through our website or via email. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
