Personal styling consultation services are provided on a service basis. Consultations involve analytical work, documentation, and framework development that cannot be returned or refunded in the traditional sense.

If a consultation cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond either party's control, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on services delivered.

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies may occur, and we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

To avoid forfeiting your consultation fee, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

If we need to modify the scope or format of a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will discuss alternative arrangements with you. If the modified service does not meet your needs, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
